In less than a fortnight, the 2018 University-Industry Interaction Conference will bring together close to 500 university leaders, practitioners, CEOs, policymakers and academics from more than 60 countries in London, Europe’s hub for some of the world’s leading knowledge institutions, largest financial institutions, and the fastest growing start-ups. Already in its 6th year, University-Industry Interaction Conference is the largest event in the field of university-industry collaboration, entrepreneurial universities and innovation ecosystems.

Embedding Entrepreneurship Education (EEE): Fostering a student entrepreneurship and a collaborative start-up culture in Europe

eee_compositeThis two-year Erasmus + Strategic Partnership project employs a bottom up approach in order to empower university staff, and create sustainable relationships for HEIs and other actors in the entrepreneurship ecosystem. Intellectual outputs thus far include “EEE Teaching Toolkit” and “The Embedding Entrepreneurship Education Roadmap”. EEE Project will host the international launch event at the conference, the Mermaid Theatre on the 20th June, at 14:30. 

 

Work Experience into Higher Education (WEXHE): An innovative approach to graduate employability and entrepreneurial thinking

The three-year Erasmus+ Knowledge Alliance project unites 10 partners from enterprises, associations and HEIs to identify and analyse current provision of work experience in the HEIs located in 7 different EU countries. Main aims of the project is to increase the capacity and competences of staff in the universities and enterprises, support the accreditation of all kinds of work experience through ECTS and ensure that the skills needs of employers are understood.
