General Conditions
  • Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. If you have not received a confirmation notice before the conference, please contact us at [email protected].
  • When registering for the event, you will have 3 weeks to complete your registration before your ticket gets cancelled.
  • All ticket prices are excluding VAT, which will be added at the last step of your purchase.
  • Abstracts accepted for presentations will be provided with specific deadlines for registration. Only speakers who complete their registration before 1 March 2023 will be included in the programme.
  • Cancellations made by March 1st 2023, will be fully refunded minus a EUR 50.00 administration fee. Cancellations after March 1st 2023 but before April 10th 2023 will be refunded to 50% of the original ticket price. Cancellations after April 10th are non-refundable.
  • Attendees may transfer registrations to another person at no charge prior to 1 May 2023, by emailing [email protected].
