Process & Payment

Send us this form filled out. We will send you back a proposal with final costing and requirements of your chosen package. Once you are happy with the proposal, a sponsorship agreement and invoice will be forwarded to the listed contact to be signed and paid. Once the sponsorship agreement is signed, our cancellation policy applies.

Terms & Conditions

Receipt of a booking form confirms your intention to sponsor/exhibit.
Confirmation is subject to approval by the conference committee.
Payment must be made within 30 days of invoice, with all payments finalised at least 14 days prior to the event.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation 60+ days prior to event will incur payment of 25% of contracted amount.
- Cancellation 0-59 days prior to the event will incur payment of 100% of contracted amount.
- All cancellations must be made in writing to office@uiin.org.
The Sponsor/Exhibitor shall not damage any of the provided items or the venue. Any resulting damages must be paid to the supplier or venue by the sponsor/exhibitor directly.
The conference committee and UIIN or any of its staff/volunteers shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or theft of the exhibitor stand or products.
Payments made to UIIN are held on behalf of the client, by contractual agreement.
Exhibitors/Sponsors may be required to provide copies of insurances relevant to the exhibition including public liability.
