ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS: AN EVIDENCE-DRIVEN APPROACH TO STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIPS

Fireside Chat with Daria Cecchini

Join us for an insightful discussion with Daria Cecchini (Associate Director of the Industry Engagement team at Swinburne University of Technology) as she shares the Account Management Framework (AMF) used to identify and classify Swinburne’s strategic partners.

In this fireside chat, we will discuss how the implementation of an AMF has brought a common approach to the University’s key partners, enabling Swinburne to consistently manage and build their partnerships – enhancing the University’s partnership efforts and overall stakeholder management.

You will learn how this framework has further informed Swinburne of their current partnerships, allowing them to identify potential opportunities and gaps with their partners. We will discuss how this evidence-driven approach can have a university-wide impact and create an improved ecosystem for mapping, managing and reporting on industry partnerships, resulting in stronger collaborations and enhanced partner experiences.
