The Future of Universities

The UIIN Australia Chapter will be organizing a two-day forum at KPMG in Melbourne from October 3rd to 4th around university-SME collaboration and the future roles of universities.

The forum will focus on how engaged and entrepreneurial universities will continue to drive growth and shape our knowledge-driven future. Speakers from industry, university and networks will provide their perspective on the future of universities in Australia, followed by an interactive workshop around the various roles a university may embrace going forward.

The second day will revolve around the challenge of facilitating collaboration between universities and small and medium-sized enterprises. Speakers from SMEs and universities will share good practice cases that will form the basis of the workshop of this day. We invite you to submit case studies on SME-University Engagement by September 9th. Selected cases will be discussed and presented at the forum. Download the call for cases for more information.
