Learn how to measure the results of university-business collaboration activities using the logic model and other performance management frameworks, improve the impact of collaboration by introducing appropriate support mechanisms.

Week 2

Communicating Impact of Collaborations | Workshop

Make your university-business collaboration results and its impact understandable for different stakeholders inside and outside academia; explore methods and channels to reach different audiences and craft compelling impact stories to share successful partnerships.

Capturing Collaboration | Practice Exchange

2:45pm - 3:45pm UTC

In this interactive session, participants will share how they currently capture the impact of external engagement, each bringing a concrete example (e.g., a project, programme, or strategic partner) and explaining the metrics used and how data are collected.

Mapping a Pathway to Impact | Knowledge-to-Practice

Using UIIN’s Pathway to Impact framework, map your collaboration activities to clearly identify the inputs that enable them, and outline the tangible outcomes and benefits they generate for your institution and collaborators.
