Siemens has been running a global strategic cooperation program with selected universities for over 20 years. In 2021, this program was expanded from 25 university-centric partnerships to a total of 16 Research and Innovation Ecosystems, composed of multiple universities, research institutes, and academic startups. Our guest speaker Natascha Eckert, Global Head of University Relations at  Siemens will discuss the advantages of ecosystem approaches and how Siemens manages partnerships within this framework.

Possesses a strong and long-year experience in the University-Industry-Business, currently managing Siemens’ global strategic partner programs with universities and research institutes.

About fireside chats

A UIIN Fireside Chat is a 30-minute long, interview session between a UIIN facilitator and an external industry expert on a high-level topic. Participants will leave with insights and inspiration after hearing the experiences and perspectives of the guest speaker, and have the opportunity to ask questions during the session.
