Strategic Partnerships Models and Frameworks (APAC)
29 September, 6:00am-8:00am UTC | Masterclass
This masterclass is delivered twice to accommodate participants across different regions. Please register for either the EMEA or APAC session based on your time zone.
Many organisations aspire to build strategic partnerships, but few have a clear and consistent approach to defining, identifying, and developing them. As a result, partnership efforts can become reactive, fragmented, and heavily dependent on individual relationships.
This interactive masterclass explores how organisations can take a more strategic approach to partnering. Participants will examine what distinguishes strategic partnerships from transactional collaborations, explore the pathways through which partnerships evolve over time, and learn how different partnership models and classification frameworks can support decision-making, prioritisation, and resource allocation.
Drawing on examples from universities, industry, and innovation ecosystems worldwide, participants will explore different approaches to partnership classification, partner assessment, and institutional engagement. Through practical exercises and peer discussion, participants will reflect on their own partnership landscape and begin designing an approach that aligns with their organisational goals and context.
