We are looking for ambitious initiatives that are changing how universities operate and deliver value.

We invite universities, higher education professionals and ecosystem partners to share practical stories of transformation — from shifting cultures and strengthening support systems to preparing future-ready graduates, translating research into value and building partnerships that deliver impact. 

We are looking for honest, practice-based examples that show what was tried, what changed, what proved difficult and what others can learn. Cases may focus on university-wide transformation or on initiatives at faculty, school, department, team or ecosystem level. 

If your university has developed an initiative that is redefining how universities create value, we encourage you to submit your initiative and share your story with our global community.
We encourage submissions that clearly explain:

• The challenge or opportunity your initiative set out to address
• The vision and ambition behind the initiative
• What was implemented and how
• The outcomes and impact achieved to date
• The challenges encountered and lessons learned

We particularly welcome honest, practice-based examples that demonstrate both success and learning.
