Gain a comprehensive understanding of fostering entrepreneurial students by exploring the development of an entrepreneurial mindset and skills, promoting entrepreneurship among students, and learn how to develop an entrepreneurial program that enhances employability.
Week 2

Creating Excellent Entrepreneurship Education | Workshop
Craft a successful entrepreneurship program by setting clear aims, understanding diverse pedagogies, applying best practices for entrepreneurial capability development, utilising foundational tools such as the lean-startup approach and design thinking.
Effective Entrepreneurial Pedagogies | Knowledge-to-Practice
Gain the expertise to strategically utilise hackathons or entrepreneurial challenges by understanding their context, mastering the format, and applying best-practice principles, enabling you to design and execute effective events.
Week 3
5 May
Design your own Entrepreneurship Course | Knowledge-to-Practice
Design an outline for an intensive entrepreneurship activity, led by an experienced professional and using a step-by-step guide to create new entrepreneurship courses, hackathons, and challenge projects.

Todd has consulted to the European, Australian, and Vietnamese Governments, and to multiple universities. Todd is an Associate Professor of Entrepreneurship at the IMT Business School in Paris and a visiting researcher at Imperial College (UK), Technical University of Vienna (AUT) and the University of Adelaide (AUST) in the topics of entrepreneurship and innovation.

Balzhan is Director of Research & Training at UIIN, where she leads the development and scaling of training courses and ensures that research insights are translated into practical value for our community. She holds a PhD in university–business collaboration and brings deep expertise in connecting research, practice, and innovation to strengthen collaboration between higher education and industry.
